Landcox Hall Hire
Landcox Hall provides a welcoming space for events such as weddings, birthdays, performances, concerts, functions, and community or fundraising events.
Located within Tara Institute, Landcox Hall is 1.1km from North Brighton Railway Station. The hall features a spacious layout with a stage, commercial kitchen, and seating capacity for up to 80 people.

Hall Bookings:
A booking is only confirmed once you have submitted an online application and received a confirmation email. Please allow up to 3 working days for your application to be processed. Casual Bookings:
All halls can be booked on a casual (one-off) basis. Fees are charged per hour (please refer to the price list below), and bookings must include set-up and pack-down time in the application. As halls may be booked by multiple users throughout the day, it is important to adhere to the allocated time.
Recurring Bookings:
Council reviews fees annually, and recurring bookings must be finalised by May/June. Please submit all requests by the end of April to ensure consideration. Requests made outside this period will be subject to availability.

Access
You can book a visit to the venue between 8:00am and 4:00pm, where our staff will provide a guided tour of the facilities. On the day of your event, staff will be present to assist with entrance access.

Landcox Hall is 1.1km from North Brighton Railway Station. Parking is available on side streets, with no street parking limits.

If you require us to set up and clean the hall, an additional service fee of $150 will apply. Otherwise, we will provide a tour of the facilities, and you can allocate resources as needed.
Tara Institute members receive a 10% discount on venue hire fees.
